Lovatt Consulting uses thermal imaging when inspecting properties. This allows us to track colder/warmer hotspots in buildings for a better analysis.

We use a calcium carbide meter when assessing dampness in buildings, as one of the two approved methods. 

We can provide analysis of building elements difficult to see from a visual inspection from the ground. Drones enable us to analyse areas (such as roofs) to a higher degree of detail. All of the Lovatt Consulting team are certified flyers granted under UK Civil Aviation Authority.

With our background in science, we have started to delve into mycology. Researching  the effects of mould growth on the human body. Our research looks at different sampling methods concentrating on both physiological and psychological effects.
